French law requires life jackets for whale swimming tours, but provides exemption for those wearing a wetsuit. It can be a shorty (spring suit) or a full suit. We will provide the most hydrodynamic life jackets possible for guests who don’t have a wetsuit.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time of the excursion. Respecting this 24‑hour deadline entitles you to a full refund or the option to reschedule for a later date. No refund or modification is possible within the 24 hours preceding the start time of the tour. If the cancellation comes from us, at any time and for any reason, we will either issue a full refund or reschedule your tour for a later date.

Whale sightings and swimming are never guaranteed. Our crew will always do everything possible to give you an incredible encounter, but whales are wild animals and they always have the final say. Water entry depends on whales behavior, ocean conditions and regulations. If swimming with whales is not possible during your tour, the tour is not refundable.

Whale swimming takes place in the open ocean and requires confident swimming and good snorkeling experience. We enter the water at least 100 meters (330 ft) from the whales, and the swim can become longer or more challenging depending on currents, sea conditions and whale movements. Guests must follow the crew’s instructions and be able to keep up with the group; otherwise, they will be returned to the boat. If you are prone to seasickness, please prepare accordingly.
